PublishKit stores your content library, tasks, and settings locally on your device. The desktop app does not upload your copy or media to our servers by default.

The extension connects only to 127.0.0.1 on your machine using a pairing token shown in desktop Settings. It does not read arbitrary files or send data to third parties.
